Breans New Swimming Pool Costs About £3m

Brean is located near Burnham on Sea in the UK. Brean Leisure Park is getting a new swimming pool which is going to be around £3million. This is going to be one of the most expensive swimming pools in England. Next to the swimming pool they are also planning to built 4D cinema where family can relax and watch movies while their children are having fun in the pool.

The project was started in March this year and they are hoping to get the pool up and running by Easter 2011. The owner of Leisure Park, Richard House has said that the pool will have 6 lanes and it will be 25 metre long with new changing rooms. The pool will be open all year long even in winter for schools and groups. This is a brilliant idea I reckon. There will be a water play area for older children and splash pad created for youngsters. The existing indoor swimming pool will be changed to 4D cinema, new cafe, changing rooms and a fitness suite.

I am certainly looking forward to the new 25 metre long pool. As I am a clean freak my only concern is how would they clean this huge pool? The people they allocated to clean this pool will have a difficult jobs in their hand. They will need to spend quite a bit on maintaining pool in swimming pool equipments and swimming pool heaters , they will need few heaters as they want to open it for schools and groups in the winter. They will also install automatic pool cleaners to clean the water in regular basis which I think will be an useful addition to the equipment.

Mr House the owner of Leisure Park recently said that the exisiting indoor and outdoor pools will remain open while the new pool is being built and he is happy with the latest progress of the new pool.

Panic Attack & Anxiety Disorder – Find Out How To Cure Both – Without Drugs

Panic disorder and anxiety attacks. Is either of these a problem for you? Actually the general view is that they are one and the same.

You can suffer the same group of symptoms from either of these conditions. No matter how mild or severe your symptoms. It will still scare the pants off you every time.

Whether you are on the side of panic attacks or the side of anxiety disorder. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Something, anything that helps to keep these symptoms under control.

I know full well how urgent the need for treatment is after witnessing a full blown attack. A huge list of drugs is available from your doctor to treat panic &anxiety symptoms. It’s a good idea to get checked out by your doctor to rule any other problems out.

If you are currently having anxiety or panic attacks. I suggest you try to avoid prescription drugs. There at least two reasons why I say that.

The first reason is that with drugs come side effects, sometimes pretty bad ones. Then you have the fact that any drug treatment is at best a short term thing. No doctor should want you on a long term drug program for anxiety attacks.

I’d expect your doctor to want to stop your medication as quickly as they safely can. You would be forgiven for thinking what happens then, when you stop the drugs? That’s a very good question.

You may be pleased to know that there are other treatments you can turn to. And there are no drugs or medication needed. No drugs, pills, potions or black magic. Nothing like that.

These drug free techniques were put together by other panic attack victims. Victims who have conquered the problem. These systems & methods show you how to read the signs of a coming panic attack. And then quickly stamping down on them and halting an attack before it starts.

Your choice now is this…live with your panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or decide to break free and take control of your own life.

Anxiety Disorder & Panic Attacks – Discover A Drug Free Safe Treatment

panic disorder treatment

Anxiety attack or panic disorder? Are you suffering from one or both? These two things are more or less both sides of the same coin.

Both can give you similar symptoms. Whether your symptoms are really bad or are a bit on the mild side. You will still end up petrified with these attacks.

Whether you put yourself in the panic attack or anxiety disorder group doesn’t really matter. It’s important to get control as soon as possible. Anything that can lessen these symptoms.

I know how bad these symptoms can get and I know how urgent the need is for some help. A huge list of drugs is available from your doctor to treat panic & anxiety symptoms. I’d advise getting a proper check-up as soon as possible just in case anything more sinister is going on.

If you are currently having anxiety or panic attacks. I’d advise you to seek a more natural (drug free) cure. There are a few reasons why I would say that.

Number one, you should (if possible) avoid the risk of side effects with drugs. Then you have the fact that any drug treatment is at best a short term thing. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.

In fact your doctor should want you off the medication as soon as is possible really. What’s going to happen if/when you stop taking medication? An important point indeed.

It may come as welcome news that there are treatments and techniques out there that work. And they don’t use drugs of any sort. No drugs or (costly) hypnotherapy sessions.

Other anxiety sufferers conquered their problems without drugs and knew they needed to spread the word. They work by teaching you how to spot the signs. And then you use the techniques to squash the attack before it takes hold.

You have two choices now; you can choose to be a victim to these panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Or take your life back and get back to normal.
